Absolutely. You can place your flower order directly through our website 24/7 or call us during business hours for personalized assistance and custom orders. We prefer you call us!

Can I request certain flowers or colors?

Of course! We love creating custom floral arrangements. If you have specific flowers, colors, or styles in mind, simply leave a note during checkout or contact us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on seasonal availability.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

If the recipient isn’t available, our delivery driver may leave the flowers in a safe, location when appropriate, leave them with a neighbor or front desk, or contact the recipient directly to arrange delivery. We always aim to ensure the flowers arrive safely and beautifully. Ask us about the delivery photo for confirmation too.

Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?

Yes! We offer a variety of add-ons such as chocolates, balloons, stuffed animals, greeting cards, and more. Available add-ons can be selected during checkout.

How do I make my flowers last longer?
